Mr Ginanjar Wibowo joined AMRO in 2024 and currently serves as an Economist in the Fiscal Surveillance Group. He also contributes to AMRO’s country teams covering Indonesia and Vietnam, with a particular focus on fiscal policy issues.
Prior to joining AMRO, he started his career at Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance (IMOF) in 2006. With extensive years of service, he accumulated experience in the Directorate General of Treasury and the Directorate General of Economic and Fiscal Strategy. His latest position at the IMOF was a Group Head at the Directorate General of Economic and Fiscal Strategy, where he was actively involved in policy formulation.
Mr. Wibowo holds dual master’s degrees from the University of Indonesia (Master of Science in Economics) and the Australian National University (Master of International and Development Economics).
