Ms. Bora Lee joined AMRO in July 2024 as a secondee from the Bank of Korea (BoK), serving as a Senior Economist in the country surveillance team covering Malaysia and Korea.
Prior to AMRO, Ms. Lee was a Senior Economist at the BoK, where she worked on global financial market issues and managed the national foreign exchange reserves in the Foreign Reserve Management Department, and contributed to macroprudential analysis in the Financial Stability Department. Before her time at the BoK, she worked at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in assurance services and corporate valuation.
Ms. Lee holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Korea University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA).
