Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam is an Associate Economist in the Macro-Financial Research Group (MFR). He contributes to MFR’s work in macroeconomic nowcasting, financial digitalization, and regional supply chains, as well as the development of analytical tools for macroeconomic surveillance. He started his career at AMRO as a consultant, based in Hanoi, in June 2021, before joining the organization as a staff in May 2023.

Mr. Nguyen holds a PhD degree in International Economic Policy, Business, and Governance from the University of Urbino Carlo Bo in Italy. He also holds a MSc degree in Political Science and International Relation from University of Calabria.
