Ms. Ming Hui Tan joined AMRO in June 2025 as a Research Analyst in the Financial Surveillance Group. She contributes to AMRO’s flagship ASEAN+3 Financial Stability Report (AFSR), supporting financial market surveillance, macro-financial risk analysis, and the preparation of analytical assessments and publications. She also supports Singapore surveillance, with a focus on external sector developments.
Prior to joining AMRO, Ms. Tan gained experience in financial risk management and banking through internships in the financial sector. Her experience included supporting risk monitoring, data analysis, and regulatory reporting.
Ms. Tan holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Quantitative Finance from the National University of Singapore.
