In the AREO 2022 October update, AMRO revised ASEAN+3 2022 growth downwards to 3.7% from 4.3%. Slowing growth in China, and potential recessions in the United States and euro area cloud the region’s outlook. Inflation is revised upwards to 6.2% this year as food and fuel prices remain elevated.
