AMRO-HKMA-ADBI-SEACEN Financial Leadership Training Program 2026

AMRO, in partnership with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), and the South-East Asian Central Banks Research and Training Centre (SEACEN) Centre, hosted the Financial Leadership Training Course (FLTC) 2026 in Hong Kong, China, from August 25–28.

Building on three editions since 2023, the flagship course strengthens officials’ leadership capabilities and understanding of key macroeconomic and financial issues. This year’s most diverse cohort brought together around 40 senior officials from ASEAN+3 economies, including Timor-Leste, as well as Mongolia, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
