Ms. Andrea Salvador joined AMRO in June 2024 as a Strategy and Partnership Specialist in the Strategy and Coordination Group. She is in-charge of coordinating AMRO’s partnerships with peer institutions and AMRO’s participation in global/regional forums, and supports strategy and planning, organizational performance evaluation and results-based management of AMRO.
Ms. Salvador has almost 20 years of experience in international relations and regional cooperation on macroeconomic and financial stability issues. Prior to AMRO, she held various positions in the International Relations and Surveillance Department of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). She also previously worked in the National Economic and Development Authority of the Philippines where she handled issues on bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements on trade in services.
Ms. Salvador holds a Master of Arts in Globalization and Economic Development from the Institute of Development Policy and Management of the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
