These General Terms and Conditions govern and are deemed incorporated into any Order signed by the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO), an international organization established under the Agreement Establishing ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office signed by ASEAN+3 Members, with headquarters at 10 Shenton Way, MAS Building, #15-08/09 Singapore 079117, and the Supplier for the purchase of Goods and Services.
The CMIM Agreement contains 24 Articles and 9 schedules. The basic objectives of this CMIM Agreement are (i) to address short-term liquidity difficulties in the region and (ii) to supplement the existing international financial arrangements.
Strengthening Crisis Resolution Mechanism(CRM)
Recalling the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralisation (hereinafter referred to as “CMIM”) to establish a multilateral liquidity support arrangement under the ASEAN+3 framework to address balance-of- payments and short-term liquidity difficulties in the region;
