ASEAN+3 is on track to grow at a faster pace of 4.5% in 2024 before moderating to 4.2% in 2025, supported by firm domestic demand and recovery in exports. While risks to the outlook remain, the positive growth outlook offer the region a good opportunity to rebuild policy space lost in the pandemic. Policy should also focus on anchoring inflation expectations.
