Chang Huh

AMRO Advisory Panel Member (From 2025 to 2027)

Dr. Chang Huh previously held senior positions at Korea’s Ministry of Economy and Finance (KMOEF), including Deputy Minister for International Economic Affairs and Director General of the Development Finance Bureau, where he played a key role in shaping and executing Korea’s international economic cooperation strategy. He also represented the Asia-Pacific region as Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and served as Minister for Economic Affairs at Korea’s Permanent Delegation to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

He is currently a Visiting Professor at Seoul National University’s Graduate School of International Studies.

Dr. Huh holds a Ph.D. in Economics from I.E.P. de Paris, as well as a Master of Arts and Bachelors in Economics from Seoul National University.
